NSV (Non Scale Victory)

Totally forgot to mention that my blood pressure was normal for the second time since surgery.  Back to 120/80ish - right before surgery I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, with a BP of 135/96 or so.  I should probably keep a list of my NSV's for the "bad" days.

    Awesome news !! I had 120/80 last week at the sleep doc and I was thrilled !! Yes, def keep a list of the NSV :)
