I got everything connected tonight and did some of the initial tests. I thought I'd take a few pics to mark my beginning. Honesty hurts.
I was surprised to see that it was accurate!! Same as my scale.
Drum roll....
First fitness test: FAIL. After the tripping question, I wanted to drop kick the Wii, but resisted.

This is just the starting point. Your honesty is very commendable. The little Wii girl can be very brutal but it will only get better from here!
ReplyDeleteI HATE MY WII! It always measures my BMI and then goes on to say, "That's obese!" I wanna throw it against a wall and tell it, "I KNOW I'm obese, don't need YOU to tell me that!"
ReplyDelete"Did you put your foot down?" I could go on and on! LOL
Good for you for being accountable, and it is scary how accurate it is.
I laugh so hard at my little wii girl every time she gains weight. I guess I'm a goof ball...but I find her funny...especially standing next to my husband's skinny wii boy.
ReplyDeleteYou are going to kick that Wii chick in the chin, when we start your weight loss trend.
awww thanks for the pep talk :) I picked the largest character size and she isn't even chunky!! how sad. She has cute pigtails though! :)
ReplyDeleteYou know it's bad when video games are telling us we are obese. This post made me laugh, so thanks!
ReplyDeleteAmy - WE WILL do this ... we WILL loose a lb a week and will be thrilled when this time next year we are 52 lbs lighter !! I don't have a Wii (or really understand what all is involved) - but I love cartoon anything - just turn down the sound when she starts talking :0
ReplyDeleteGosh I hope there are weeks where I lose more than one pound. I'm just afraid that if I tell the Wii that I want to lose 2 a week and then I don't, she'll hang her head in shame again! LOL
